Great customer service and workmanship at a reasonable price. Cypress originally installed my pool 18 years ago. This is the first liner replacement I’ve had to do and I upgraded my pump, replaced the front manifold and replaced a portion of the concrete apron. They showed up when promised, did great work and finished on schedule. So glad I went back to Cypress.
I booked my pool opening with Cypress 2 months in advance and took paid time off from work to ensure I could be home to be present for the pool opening since it was the first time ever we’d be opening our new pool.We had an appointment at 200pm and were told by Kristen that we could expect the technician to arrive around then. At 3:15pm I called and Kristen told me that the technician was departing his job in Latham and would be there shortly. By 430pm, no one had shown up or called. I called back since it was late in the day and I needed to pick my kids up. Renee answered and passed the phone to Cindy who told me that they fired the technician who was scheduled to open the pool. No phone call (although they “were about to call” ??), no back up technician for the day, I was out of luck and we had plans the next day to host friends at the pool.This level of service, or lack thereof, is beyond unacceptable and quite frankly disrespectful. We are now embarrassed and had to cancel on our friends, I’m out a day of paid time off, and needing to find alternatives for getting our pool opened for the season.I strongly recommend you find a different company for your pool needs. Cypress has proven to be unreliable and uncommunicative.
Cypress Pools replaced the pool liner in our community pool. They did a fantastic job, had prompt and professional communication throughout the whole process, completed the job as expected, and had the best prices to boot! After just going through 18 months of the new construction process, I had lost faith in the world of contractors. I started the process on researching pool companies a few months before we closed on our new home and Cypress quickly rose to the top of the list. From my first interaction with the office, I was treated with unbelievable customer service. I spoke to the office and they emailed over all the documents and answered so many questions right away. We setup a house visit when we were introduced to Cary. Cary answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. We had a few specific financing questions that Jeff and team were able to troubleshoot with ease. Next we picked the pool we wanted, which was the fiberglass option by Thursday Pools (Aspen in California color) and placed the order. Cary/Jeff/Emma communicated when the pool would arrive and kept us updated on delivery and install dates. Again, we had low expectations what we would be kept in the loop on timing. We were pleasantly surprised when the pool was installed a week earlier than we thought! If you know anyone that recently put in a pool -- this is unheard of. Carl was our contact during the install process (along Cary and Jeff) and he put our minds at ease. He included us on any decision that needed to happen and was just an awesome guy. The entire team was respectful and hardworking. We couldn't have been happier with how fast and efficient the process was.We since have opened our pool with Cypress and Cary/Jeff have been 100% supportive of our questions -- as this all new to us. They have guided us through the process to ensure we were comfortable every step of the way.I can happily say using Cypress pools was the best decision we have made and our family is loving every second in our new pool
We shopped around and received several quotes from pool contractors but decided to go with Cypress. They had the best package and quality equipment as part of their offer. Jeff Moeckel worked very closely with us as we reviewed the final design, pool package and installation start date. No pressure from Jeff or trying to upsell, rather a partnership and wanting to be sure we were happy with the end product.Pool installation started on time and completed within the timeframe stated. Cypress excavation and pool install team were top notch. They patiently explained the process and made recommendations on additional drainage, which was needed and were very careful while on property. The pool store staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.We are very happy with the end product and look forward to many years of use with family and friends.We highly recommend Cypress!
