Chola led our pool project in Selkirk NY. The finished product was exactly what we envisioned at the start of the project and his team maintained the timeline that they projected right from the start. The knowledge, experience, and quality workmanship of Dan and his team at Eastern Aquatics makes the Capital Region a better place to have such a great company available when seeking a pool company. Having contracted with a different pool company that walked off the job after one week of work, we knew after speaking with Dan for less than 15 minutes that we would have a completely different experience. He was clear with us on what was possible; what was not in our pool, home or budget's best interest; and on his availability. He was very very responsive during the project, and is follow up since completion has been just as professional and reliable.
In the fall of 2019, I met Dan & Dave as they were completing major renovation work on my next door neighbor's gunite pool. I inquired about re-plastering and re-tiling our 30,000 gal pool and also repairing a nagging leak in the attached spa. They quickly provided a quote and started the project. While the solution to the spa leak was too expansive to be worthwhile, Dan suggested converting it into a tanning ledge and provided scaled depictions to show the idea. We approved the project and it was started and competed on time. The cost was shared every step of the way and they were there on time each day to complete the re-plastering and the conversion of the spa as promised. As we opened the pool this spring, there were a couple of leaf stains on the new plaster...within a few days Dan & Dave were back to acid wash and remove those stains for no charge. The pool and ledge look brand new. Bottom line....these guys know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them for any new or refurbishment work on residential or commercial pool applications.
