I would like to say Islander Pools associates are very kind and helpful. Eleanor and Connor took the time effort to assure that I could get what I needed.Although, the atmosphere was very warm, due to a nonworking air-conditioning system. Fans should be purchased for their comfort when things like this happen.
I am so impressed by islander pools! I have dealt with 2 other local pool companies in the past with my previous homes by far the most easiest process! It was such an easy organized process from the start. Ken was out salesman at the Ballston spa location and he was professional and very easy to deal with. Ken set us up with the contractor who put the pool up, he put us in touch with the water company and the last but not least the electrician. Everyone down the line was very easy to communicate with. Pools in with no problems! I am so happy! Highly recommend islander pools !

I just received and started up my hot spring flair hot tub. WOW, what an upgrade from my old one. Ken was absolutely amazing at the store when me and the wife were picking out a hot tub. He answered all my questions, went over everything in detail, and was generally amazing on working with us for this purchase. Not only that, but the customer service which you will definitely want for a hot tub is top notch with Ken. Can’t thank him enough. ALSO, huge shoutout to the delivery team that came. I didn’t catch all their names outside of Liam, but they were also incredible. They removed my old tub n installed the new one and gave a great demo. It isn’t easy moving hot tubs to a deck in snow up 5 stairs and onto my slippery Trex. Huge shoutout to those guys who were all wonderful. The ease, service, and overall quality of everything was impeccable. Look at this beaut of a hot tub! Thanks a bunch Ken and team.
