Hot Spring Hot Tubs Albuquerque

We shopped around for a while. We ended up purchasing a Hot Springs hot tub from Chris. Chris is knowledgeable and always very helpful. We were able to reach him when we filled our tub, and he was helpful, ensuring we got our water properly balanced quickly. Chris is easy to work with and provides good information. If you are looking for a hot tub, we highly recommend Chris with Hot Springs Hot Tubs.

I’ve had my Aria hot tub for about 12 years now and it is still going strong. I absolutely love it and use it multiple times a week. Chris is super helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Over the years he’s been a great resource even after the initial purchase for troubleshooting water quality issues, getting parts, and—the few times I’ve need it— helping arrange repairs. I highly recommend anyone looking for a spa to give this place a look.

We're overjoyed with our Hot Springs tub purchased in 2015 – it's still going strong! Completely satisfied and happy with our choice. When it's time to replace, we're definitely coming back. Also, all our chemicals are from here! Hats off to Chris – amazing knowledge, honesty, and genuine care for the products. The customer service? Beyond amazing! A+ service all the way! ??

We are extrememly happy with our new spa. Chris was and is great to work with. He helped us find the perfect spa for our family and made the order and delivery process smooth. After it came in, he walked us through the start-up and maintenance process. The deliver came in right at 9am like he had said. He called at 11am to check on how things were going. We spoke again later that afternoon after my electrician had power to the spa. His customer service has been second to none! Very responsive and attentive to our needs a customer! This is our first spa and we probably needed a little more reassurance than most but Chris was right there through it all and I feel comfortable that if we ever have any issues he will be there to support.
