Lee-Sure Pools

Huge thank you to Lee-Sure Pools. Jared and Jeremy have been fantastic. Pool installation is expensive and we shopped around for different quotes. I’m so thankful we settled with Lee-Sure. The crew was polite and kept our property clean. They even stopped work for a couple weeks so we could get our wall built before completion. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable about chemicals and pool maintenance. He came out multiple times to ensure everything was running properly. If installing a pool - definitely install the auto fill option, heater, pool cover, and buy a robot vacuum. They are worth every penny. If considering a fountain option, know that heated water comes out of each fountain. That was an unexpected bonus for us…it feels like you are at a spa. We are so thankful for Lee-Sure Pools, you have transformed our backyard!

I have been a long-standing customer of Lee-sure Pools And rarely have I posted any negative comments about any company. But they did my tile work in my pool and resurfaced, and sadly the last three years the tile just continues to pop off every single year after their initial retiling all of my pool. They had promised me last year that they would come out to fix it, and when they did, their tile guys did an awful job on the repair and their boots stained all my plaster they had promised me they would come back out to fix it, and then never showed up. I have referred so many people to this company prior to this tile job that they have done on my pool. I’m very disappointed in their customer service and taking care of me as their client and just dropping the ball and hoping that I would go away and not sticking to their warranty that they had promised. Spending the money that I did on having this plaster redone, along with all brand new tile only to have it come off each and every year since the retiling is truly disappointing to say the least. Last year I sent message upon message because I was told it would be fixed and no one ever showed. Hopefully, you can see some of these pictures of the tile work and my disappointment. In their response, they mention it was only the pool no they replastered and retiled the spa as well. I know they truly are a great company, but sadly they have fallen short on my project.

Working with the Lee-Sure Pool team was an amazing experience. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for our family throughout the construction and completion of our new pool was remarkable. We are extremely happy with the quality and workmanship and appreciated their suggestions throughout the process. If you are looking for a state of the art, energy efficient investment that will increase the amount of family time that you spend with your kids, and grandkids, and increase the value of your home, there is no better company to contract with then Lee-Sure Pools, Inc. My wife is a realtor, and she knows from her experience that Lee-Sure Pools is the absolute best in the industry. Thank you, Lee-Sure Pools, LLC for helping to provide my wife with the absolute best present for her 60th birthday!

We just had our concrete overlay done in flagstone on our front yard and back yard decks were done with model look which looks awesome. Tom & Ryan were professional and worked hard as they completed our installation in a timely manner with attention to detail. Chris would stop by often to make sure the job was progressing well. We could not be happier

Expert workmanship. On time; on schedule; neat; organized; professional (for example workers appeared and left like clockwork). Our pool and hot tub are today just as beautiful, maybe more, than the day they were first installed years ago, now that Lee-Sure has newly tiled and newly plastered them. Hats off to Jacob, Jeremy, Garrett. and Lee. And to the many fine gentlemen, both laborers and artisans, who work at Lee-Sure. (Nice, clean trucks too.) Thanks to every one of you. Finally, worth every cent. (Demonstrates that you actually can get what you pay for when you select the right contractor.)
