I’ve been using Dmitriy and the team at DMV Pool Service for over six years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have always handled my pool openings and closings, I have a self maintenance salt water system pool and have only needed openings & closings. The pool was not primed, the filter housing had lost pressure when I arrived from out of town to check on it. We hired DMV pools earlier this year to remodel a 1970's era pool that had seen better days. We did a complete resurfacing, coping, equipment, etc. to fix cracks that had become unsafe as well as breath new life into the pool. Having recently completed renovations on the home we were skeptical to start a new project given the numerous issues we had with contractors regarding responsiveness and consistency with pricing/expected completion dates. Dimitriy and his team put all of those fears to rest and was hands down the most responsive as well as consistent contractor we have worked with (as well as did a great job on the work). Not only was pricing straightforward and predictable, they completed the job weeks ahead of schedule and continued to work with us on setting up mobile applications as well as proper use of the salt system long after the job was completed. I would absolutely recommend DMV Pool Service for anyone else thinking about remodeling their pool or using their pool maintenance services.

DMV Pool Service recently renovated our pool and we are thrilled with the result. They replaced the tile, coping and plaster and the pool looks great! They have previously installed a heater for us and handle our general pool maintenance. Work is communicated clearly and done in a timely manner. When we moved into our house several years ago, we knew the pool would eventually need a significant investment. It looked like very little had been done to it for 10–15 years, and this year we were finally ready to take the plunge.After doing our due diligence and speaking with a few other providers, we selected Dima and his crew to do the work. One of the things that stood out right away was his practical, straightforward approach. We knew we had a leak, but the first few providers we met with were hesitant to say much without first doing an expensive diagnostic inspection. I understand not wanting to overpromise, but when Dima came by, he pointed directly to the area where I suspected the leak was and said, essentially, “There it is - I can see it right there. No need to spend a bunch of money confirming what we can see with our own eyes.”That experience has been consistent with how he works - he is direct, honest, and does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it.The pool now looks great, with new tile, resurfacing, and updated mechanics.
