Just had our pump replaced. Have been using Highpoint Pools for the last couple of years for pool opening/closing and general repairs and questions. They are always reasonable and speak with knowledge and experience, in a way that makes you trust what they are saying. They take the time to explain why they are doing something, unlike other pool service and pool builders I have dealt with. Their communication is top-notch.
So many lousy pool services, but NOT HIGHPOINT. Corey is THE BEST.
Service was prompt and professional. Had much difficulty finding a company that provided a detailed quote on the work that needed to be done with associated costs. Other companies contacted for estimates either did not respond at all, or contacted us 3 weeks later saying that they would come take a look. Highpoint replaced my pool pump and plumbing and assisted with opening the pool. Overall great experience.Highly recommend!
Highpoint Pools went above and beyond on a very difficult project. They brought our severely neglected pool back to life. The pool was unattended for 8 plus years and they worked with us at every new challenge it presented. The pictures hardly do it justice.
Corey and Hailey have been nothing but AMAZING! they have serviced my pool that hasn't been opened or cared for in at least a decade prior to me purchasing my home. They are quite available for the hundreds of questions Ive had via text and phone call. They haven't given any judgement in the absolute lack of knowledge I have to pools are. They are accommodating to my schedule and are just so nice! Their pricing appears reasonable to me, although I technically don't much about the cost of pools lol. Corey has also given me honest expectations of my pool in the next coming years. I am making this post slightly premature because they still are coming out for final touches but I mean the improvement alone is just great. But I wanted to at least give them credit before I forget. ????
