This is a really bad place to go, I don't recommend it! If you want to spend a lot of money on pool chemicals only to have your pool stay dirty and full of algae, go there! P.S. And yes, I did clean my pool, but I switched companies and it looked great after a week!
They replaced our pool liner this fall, repaired our lights which had never worked by opening up the paving in one spot which they then rebuilt perfectly. This spring, they opened our pool: very attentive and competent service (Pierre Luc) and quick response to emails for any questions or needs from Ms. Joanie Morel. I recommend them without hesitation, 10/10!

I ordered a spa cover in May (with a 20-business-day delivery timeframe), and it's now September and I still haven't received anything. The worst part is the lack of follow-up... (nonexistent or almost none). They don't reply to emails and never return calls. However, when it came time to pay the bill, suddenly there were people available...
Over 20 days late for our pool installation...They're demanding full payment without having provided the service.They tell us we're a priority, and then we find out they're installing it elsewhere the very morning of our supposed 7:00 AM appointment, without fail, according to them. ??????? Unbelievable... But true...
