Technicians were on time, diagnosed and explained the issue clearly and with full transparency. They successfully repaired the broken pipe that was leaking and were extremely professional. I am extremely satisfied and will certainly call Absolute Pool and Spa Care again if the need arises.
They are great! First, they come when they say they will and have all around great communication. Second, Natalia (who came for our most recent repair) really knew her stuff and did a great job! Third, and most importantly, I have always been able to trust them. For any repair, they do it but don't overcharge it try to sell me things that I don't actually need.
Shaun was the technician that came out to investigate/troubleshoot an issue we were having with our iAquaLink pool controller. Within about 10 to 15 minutes, he had identified and corrected the issue. He thoroughly explained what the nature of the problem was in layman’s terms so that I could understand. He was very communicative throughout the whole process, very friendly, and I would highly recommend Absolute Pool and Spa for service in the future.
Mark and his team did a great job. They explained each and every details. Worked meticulously, timely and cleaned up daily after work. We highly recommend them and will refer to family and friends. We love our pool.
