Aqua Design Pools & Spas, LLC

Aqua Design did an excellent job with our pool. They came highly recommended by a few friends and lived up to the expectations. We received bids from three companies, and Aqua Design stood out as the most professional, the most helpful in walking us through the full process, and the most price competitive. They handled everything from surveys to permits and provided clear resources for the items we, as homeowners, needed to complete. From groundbreaking to being able to swim was about 12 weeks, give or take. Once they started, they stayed committed and never left us hanging. Their team was incredibly nice, responsive, straightforward, and on top of every detail. I would highly recommend Aqua Design.

We hired Aqua Design Pools & Spas, LLC in Cumming after interviewing 5+ other pool contractors, and they were the clear winner. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but their professional approach and attention to detail checked every box for us. Faye was incredible during the entire design and permitting process—her communication was outstanding and she stayed so organized that everything moved smoothly. Once construction started, she handed us off seamlessly to Fallon, who was equally fantastic: super responsive, highly organized, and handled every question or construction detail with ease. We especially appreciated that owner Mark personally stopped by multiple times to make sure the build was going exactly as planned. He quickly addressed any issues that came up and kept the project moving forward in the right direction. The service team brought it all across the finish line perfectly. Blake’s “Pool School” was outstanding—he explained everything in plain language so we feel fully equipped for years of easy pool maintenance. If you’re in the Cumming or North Atlanta area and looking for a pool contractor you can actually trust, go with Aqua Design Pools & Spas. From the first meeting to the final hand-off, the entire team made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

My wife said either we move to Florida or get a pool. I chose to get a pool. The best decision I ever made. Aqua Design was a pleasure to work with, from the initial site visit right through to the pool opening. They give a fair price for a top quality product. I like that they make the commitment that once they start a project, they are on it until it is finished. Communication was excellent. We had some delays due to very rainy weather and they always let us know what was going on. And still finished the project within the time window they had given us. I highly recommend them. They are a great team!

We debated for years about putting in a pool. I’m very glad we did, and we chose Aqua Designs. Our project required extensive regrading and building a large stone wall behind the pool which made it more difficult. The time line we were given stayed true. Because they don’t sub out certain phases of the project like many pool companies, all the crews knew each other and we never had a delay. Two other neighbors recently had Aqua Designs build their pools, so they came highly recommended by people we knew personally which was a big plus. Very happy with our pool!

First, let me start by saying we are a blended family and started this pool process as a way to bring our family even closer. It was very dear to mine and my husbands hearts that we create a space for all of our children to have fun, have friends over, grow together, and grow up. I first started researching the pool process and was very skeptical of how this was going to go due to so many bad experiences you read from others. Aqua Designs is the epitome of what a pool company should be! They met us with respect, patience, and a wealth of knowledge that was unrivaled. Every project can be challenging because no two yards or pools are the same and every time a challenge was presented they took the time to educate us, give us options of what to do next, and then made it happen. Justin was our site coordinator and truly made the pool building experience amazing! Justin brought so much creativity and a passion for his job and it shows in every aspect of our build. Building this pool was one of my favorite things I've ever done and I was genuinely sad when the process was over. All of the different crews that came in were absolute experts in their field, kind, engaged our kids with what they were doing, and really cared for our family. I have nothing but the highest respect for everyone at Aqua Designs and their contractors. Now that the process is over my family is having the time of our lives! I sit back and watch the kids and am thankful for what Aqua Designs created for our family. Some people say a pool is a waste of money, to our family it is priceless and the best money we've ever spent. Do yourself a favor and call Mark right now if you are thinking of building a pool. Mark, Faye, Fallon, and Justin are a forced to be reckoned with in this industry and you will be left with the same experience and gratitude as us. Much love and many thanks to ALL of you!
