I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because it may help others who are dealing with pool automation issues.A few weeks ago, my Jandy AquaLink 2.0 system suddenly stopped communicating with the app, leaving me unable to control my pool remotely. After spending a considerable amount of time troubleshooting the issue myself without success, I decided to call a few pool companies for help.My first call was to Leslie's Pool Supplies. After their diagnosis, I was told that I needed a new motherboard, transformer, and antenna, with a total estimate of approximately $3,000. Since that seemed like a major repair, I decided to get a second opinion.I then contacted Top Notch Pool Management. They required the $175 diagnostic fee upfront before scheduling the visit, which I wasn't particularly excited about, but I decided to move forward.Ronnie, the owner, came out the same day. Although he arrived later than originally expected, he took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem rather than immediately recommending expensive replacements. After performing several checks and consulting directly with Jandy support, he determined that the issue was the AquaLink 2.0 antenna and not a complete system failure. What impressed me most about Ronnie was his willingness to explain what he was seeing and why. During the visit, he also noticed that my sacrificial zinc anode was heavily coated with calcium and explained the importance of maintaining and replacing the anode periodically to help protect pool equipment from corrosion. This was something I had never been told before and was genuinely useful information. I decided to go ahead and have Ronnie replace the Aqualink 2.0 Antenna with the 3.0 Antenna, and also replace the anode. When Ronnie discovered he didn't have the replacement anode available immediately, he took the time to explain how I could clean the existing one myself in the meantime. I appreciated that he shared that knowledge instead of simply waiting until the next visit. The quote Ronnie provided me with wasn’t cheap. I had found some of the replacement parts online at lower prices than what I was quoted. When I asked about the difference, Ronnie explained that parts purchased through unauthorized sources may not be covered under Jandy's warranty. While his pricing wasn't the lowest available online, the explanation made sense to me, and I was comfortable paying for properly sourced parts and professional installation. The installation has now been completed. Ronnie upgraded my system with the new AquaLink 3.0 antenna, and everything is working properly again. The app is fully functional, and I can once again control my pool remotely. Ronnie also took additional time to help troubleshoot an issue I was experiencing with my pool lights and provided helpful guidance regarding the lighting system, which I appreciated. Overall here are the pros and cons in my dealings with Top Notch.Pros:• Thorough and honest troubleshooting.• Did not appear to upsell unnecessary equipment.• Identified the actual failed component instead of recommending replacement of the entire system.• Consulted with Jandy support to verify the diagnosis.• Took time to educate me about pool equipment maintenance.• Helpful with additional troubleshooting beyond the original issue.• System works exactly as expected after the repair.Cons:• Scheduling and communication regarding actual installation times could be improved.• Upfront payment for diagnostics and full payment before the work starts may not be ideal for every customer.• Overall, my experience with Top Notch Pool Management was positive. What stood out to me was Ronnie's willingness to diagnose the actual problem, explain his findings, and focus on fixing what was broken rather than selling a much larger repair. While there is room for improvement in scheduling and communication, the quality of the diagnosis, repair, and customer education ultimately earned my trust. I would not hesitate to Top Notch again for future issues that arise with my pool.
We had Top Notch replace our pool heater and install the Pentair Easy Touch upgrade kit. Ronnie is truly the best. Answered all of our questions and then some. He’s extremely knowledgeable and was more than willing to spend the time with us. Joshua and Ricky performed the heater replacement and were also very knowledgeable and courteous. Their customer service was truly “Top Notch”. Highly recommend them to anyone! A+++++

Perfect score — literally! We just had our community pool (Roswell Manor) inspected by the Georgia Department of Public Health and Top Notch Pool Management delivered a perfect 100/100 Satisfactory rating!Every single item — water chemistry, safety equipment, barriers, pumps, filters, signage, you name it — passed with flying colors. The team is professional, responsive, and clearly knows their stuff. They’ve already started upgrading our setup (new chemical storage, twice-weekly cleaning crew, and a salt system coming this summer) while actually saving us money on monthly expenses. If you’re in Roswell, Alpharetta, or anywhere nearby and need reliable pool service, look no further. Top Notch is the real deal!Highly recommend — especially for HOAs and communities.— Todd, Roswell Manor HOA TreasurerRoswell, GAMay 2026
Michael and his team have been awesome and prompt. We are first-time pool owners and definitely didn't know all the things, they have done a beautiful job explaining the equipment, cleaning the pool and helping us stay on top of everything. It's so nice to not have to worry about the bigger components. They leave the pool sparkling clean and perfectly balanced chemical wise. We are grateful to find this awesome company So we can just dive in and enjoy the pool! They do a great job letting you know everything that they did and are incredibly respectful of our property to include our pets. After each visit I get pictures and details about everything in an email. I really appreciate the attention to detail. Shout out to some of the team: Joshua, Ricky and Kenneth.
