Always helpful with analysis of my pool water, and the needed chemicals to add.
Very nice people knew exactly what I needed was referred to them by an actual competitor which surprised me they felt they were that good and they were
I drive a Lexus ux250h, it’s a small suv, the employee I encountered was driving a very large utility white ford f250 at least with utility add ons.I was driving in my community of River Falls on a residential street near PaloDuro canyon. This employee was driving in the middle of this narrow road way approaching a hill, which anyone with common sense hinders visibility for both drivers but theirs chose the middle of the road. I was going 30 miles and hour but I went to the right shoulder to avoid this big truck on the roadway I drive on a daily basis, my front passenger tire popped on the inside. I contacted this company which informed me the road measurements as well as the 3 seconds ahead of reaching my vehicle was adequate time for me to avoid his vehicle. I asked to simply replace my tire, that was denied. As a business owner who carries a reputation I’m not sure how replacing a tire caused by an employee’s negligence is a big deal.I’ve heard enough about how they run the pool side of the business along side this terrifying incident to know these are not the small business to support in any way. This won’t be over on my end anytime soon.Update: they still suck and based on their ratings and others experiences it won’t be long before a what could have been decent business is ran to the ground by poor management. You give Amarillo a bad name
Best place to call/ go to if you need help with your pool! They have helped me through every problem I have had and they have gone above and beyond to help. Everyone who works here is so nice and knowledgeable. I have used them several times with pool maintenance and they help me every week when I need help deciding what chemicals to put in the pool.
Make sure to read the edited: Wonderful place with knowledgeable staff.Edited: well I had my second experience with this company and I will never step through there doors. The president of the company is a very hateful woman. I had special ordered some products and she was very rude. I was working with a very wonderful person and she stepped in and made it well known that I was taking way too much of the companies time. When I was working with the wonderful gentleman he was explaining the 2 different pumps and filters I could purchase from them for my new pool. I was going to make these extra purchases today on top of the special order I was picking up today. Once I called her on her ugliness she got even more hateful. Told me I was taking too long and so I told her I would just forget the filter and pump today and just get the items that had come in. She said I will not sell these to you. And pulled them away from me at the check out desk. Needless to say I walked out and will not ever be back. I will not do business with a company that makes there clients feel they are an inconvenience. I will purchase everything I need elsewhere.
