Purchased a Balance 9, Master Spa from Brian out of the Ann Arbor store, Brian has been amazing to work with from the purchase to the delivery! The delivery crew was top notch and answered all questions during install. Brian has been great assistance with questions I have had since the purchase, I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a spa !!

I am on my second hot tub in 12 years with the second hot tub only being a couple years old. I have been blessed with minimal issues. Brian at the Ann Arbor location has great wealth of knowledge with hot tubs. I do recommend Leisure Works if considering a hot tub or in need of supplies..
Definitely would recommend any purchase from leisure works. I bought this hot tub on a whim as I had always wanted one and went to one of their sales and was right away impressed with the customer centric of the company, the ease of delivery, how they handled the delivery and tub, how they installed, and even in a panic when the hot tub didn’t work right away, they rushed somebody out over the weekend to make sure that I got up and running. They are always available for any questions that I’ve had with ordering chemicals or filters. Thank you for making the purchase fun and easy.
My husband and I purchased our second hot tub from leisure works. The only reason we are on #2 is because we sold our home. In both experiences we received excellent communication on how to properly care for our hot tub. With proper maintenance I don’t believe you would have any issues. I would highly recommend purchasing from leisure works, but I would also recommend listening when they explain how to properly treat your hot tub to avoid issues in the future.
