Very clean & efficient business with extremely friendly and accessible front desk staff. I have had a very achy low back pain for the past 2 days due to poor sleeping accommodations while traveling, and just being an old guy. I was debating between a $90 deep massage or giving Oasis a try. I am very happy that I went with Oasis. Oasis certainly doesn't offer it at all times, but for less than $40 they provided me with a my own hot tub for 30 minutes with towels. The jets were amazing in the "Japan" room that I was given. Very happy with the hot tub treatment I received - so far so good w my back achiness. I will definitely use again!
I come here regularly and usually have nothing but a great time. But there is something weird that happens with the booking system. They will randomly change your appointment time. Sometimes it's because they are busy and more than one person requested that time before they could confirm it. Other times you get there and it's dead only 2 or 3 cars in the lot and the appointment time you requested is still available online. I request a certain time because that's when I can get there. When they bump it up 15 minutes I usually am 15 minutes late. Usually when it's slow they still give you the full time. This time I asked why do they change it when they obviously don't need to. Because it was obvious. Almost no one was there. The lady was rude and just said we need you here on time so we can close on time. You still have to get out at your scheduled time. It seems to me someone wanted to close up 15 minutes early so they changed our appointment without needing to and was mad when I asked about it. I thought it was an automatic thing that their scheduling system did until I saw her reaction. Then she totaled out the screen to the payment screen when I was still trying to redeem my points and when I asked her to bring it back up said that it should still be there. As she brought it back up lol. Just was unnecessarily rude the entire time. Was really off putting. I come here to relax and have a good time. Not deal with people who hate their job.
I took my fiance to Oasis for a spontaneous date night and called to book. When I called they had one room open and I took it without asking to many questions. My fiance and I loved the whole experience. We got the Japan room which is a private outdoor hot tub and it was beautiful! We will be booking again, I got my fiance a gift certificate 6 years ago and we used it for the date. Gift cards never expire!! I also did the sweet heart package and I loved the scents for the hot tub!
Me and my wife was looking to try something new. So he tried this place we didn't get any of the services except for some fragrances that we add it to the hot tub, but all in all it was an excellent experience everything was clean, with a nice ambience. They even had Bluetooth so that you can connect your device to listen to some some music. All in all it's a place me and my wife would definitely be going back to.
Looking for a romantic, peaceful, relaxing evening or just a nice therapeutic soak to ease those aching body pains and muscles?Well Look no more, this was our first experience at this beautiful spa resort that was recommended to us and it definitely won’t be our last!The facility was very well kept, cleaned and maintained by numerous friendly staff members that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and they were very accommodating for our visit.10 out 10 highly recommend and if I could give them more stars I would!
