This shop has liquid chlorine available (fresher and higher concentration than a big box store) in returnable gallon bottles with a small deposit. The hard working staff will load for you. They also have other supplies like filter sand and DE - they never seem to mind me calling in advance to check if they have what I need in stock.
They have been very helpful to me as a newer pool owner. I have a lot of questions about the right chemical usage and they are willing to help. This company will also test your water for free, just purchase your chemicals from them and I have found their prices right in line with others.They mostly provide chemicals to large municipal and commercial pools. They have a different sales model for chlorine. You purchase 4 one gallon bottles at a time in a plastic bin for a small deposit. Bring the bottles and the bin back and get your deposit back or just exchange for more.
I called to find a local pool supply store for a customer of ours at our pool company in need of someone to treat their water. Chris picked up immediately and even gave me a referral to someone at another shop who may be able to help. Nothing better than companies that answer their phones and extend their help to others. give these guys a call for your local pool needs!
I drive almost 30 miles to get my pool supplies from Town and Country. The person complaining about masks needs to get a life, because that has nothing to do with the quality of their product, or services. Your chlorine works the best, I’ve never had to load it in/out of my car because your guys are right there loading it for me, and you’re the only company I know of that recycles chlorine jugs, which is serving a greater benefit than mask-wearing. Don’t let that one review ruin their reputation! Support your local, small businesses! They need us!
During Coronavirus pandemic none of the employees are wearing a mask and made me feel uncomfortable for doing so. They weren’t helpful in answering my questions either. A lot of short, one-syllable answers.
