Super friendly, easy to get in touch with, and always willing to help or answer questions along the way. You can tell they really care about doing a good job and making sure you’re happy.The pool looks awesome and we’re already enjoying it. Coastal Pools was amazing to work with. Having never gone through this process before, I contacted a different company at first and felt very lost in the process. Contacted Coastal and they answered EVERY Question I had and trust me, I had many.There were times we may not have seen eye to eye initially but they would walk us through the process each time and make sure we fully understood what was going on and why.As with any construction project there is always the ups and the downs or goes as planned vs not quite so. Coastal went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. They came out and adjusted the grading after seeing the initial grading led to unseen rain water pooling. The concrete company sent the wrong concrete and Coastal went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with it even though it wasn't directly their fault.We couldn't be any happier with the way things turned out. I couldn't recommend them enough if you are looking to build a pool. On a side bar, the people are really nice as well. From sales to project lead. Especially Dani (Sorry I'm partial) but if you can request her you won't regret it but honestly I didn't meet one person that was off putting.
Coastal Pools did a great job on our pool. So happy with it and looking forward to many summers to come. Dani and Garret were great. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and made sure the build was done on schedule. We highly recommend Coastal Pools.
We can’t say enough about the Coastal Pool team! Their sales staff, project team , and installers were very professional, polite, and detailed but more importantly extremely knowledgeable. The quality of the install of our new Pebble Tec finish was seamless and excellent !! Would recommend them 1000%. And we love our new pool!!!
Just finished installation of a new inground pool and transformation of my yard into a spectacular space! Kudos to the excellent support provided by many folks. I'll call out John Arnold for the beautiful design, Dani Hurlburt for superb Project coordination, and Russell Fisher for outstanding project management support throughout the process. Every one of the service tech who have worked here are knowledgeable, professional and friendly! The landscaping work proved by Nick Hodges was excellent. I've attached some pics. Haven't yet finished my furnishings but we are already enjoying the space. Highly recommend the folks at Coastal Pools.
