Aquamaid Pool Services has been servicing my pool for more than a decade. High quality service at a reasonable price. My technician, Cooper, never rushes through the process. He takes his time to be sure that the finished product (a glistening pool) is the result. Good hires are hard to find these days but Cooper and Aquamaid definitely qualify. Also, thank you to the staff (Chelli) for quick responses anytime I have a need or question. Thanks!
Update-The GM, John, personally came out shook my hand and gave my pool the attention it needed. He put superstar Matt back on the job and made everything right with us again. Thank you Aquamaid for showing us you care about your customers and we hope to continue doing business with you for many years to come.I have left numerous messages for this company to call me. I truly am not a difficult person to deal with. I expect weekly pool service, I expect return calls when I leave a message of which I’m not getting. Father’s Day weekend our pool was a swamp!! We get pool service on Thursday's and they finally showed 10 days later. I still haven’t received a reason why I didn’t get my weekly pool service. I replaced my filter in March. I have been contacting them for 4 months now about the sand issue in my pool. I hate leaving reviews like this, but maybe I’ll finally get a phone call to resolve my issues. 2 stars because I appreciate the thoroughness of surveys they send out.
I would not recommend this pool service company.For months, I was told my pools were being serviced weekly, and I was billed accordingly. However, it became clear that the pools were not receiving the regular maintenance I was paying for. Multiple pools developed significant algae issues, which should never happen with proper and consistent service.What is most disappointing is that I continued to be charged for visits that apparently never occurred. The condition of the pools clearly reflected a lack of maintenance, despite repeated assurances that service was being performed.The only way we found out was because our tenants started to complain
I sent a request online for an issue I was having with my pool. I received a text almost immediately. They reached out to me the next day by phone and quickly got me on the schedule. Daniel called the morning he was scheduled and showed up right when he said he would. He found the issue quickly and was very thorough explaining the situation to me. Within an hour my pool was flowing beautifully! Such a nice and smart guy. I have since changed from my current pool service to Aqua Maid and I’m very excited. I feel great about doing business with them!
We have paid aquaimaid well over a thousand dollars over the last two months to have our pool turn into a coy pond. We had another professional come assess the pool and said it is completely gone. He recommended I contact the BBB with the complete neglect. I have messaged Aquamaid multiple times about this problem dating back to late March and they charged us over $1400 for various parts and ended up like this. I never write reviews, but this is unbelievable. The current pictures of the pool are even worse.
