i received excellent pool service today. our regular technician noticed the pool pump was not running and let his supervisor, robert, know right away. robert called me, then came to the house after the tech visit to inspect the equipment and electrical panel. he checked the breakers carefully, found that the breaker marked for the pool was not the issue, and then discovered another breaker had tripped. after resetting it, he walked around the property several times to confirm the pump had started and was running correctly. he also tested the breakers more than once to make sure everything was operating properly and that the right connection was restored. it was clear he wanted to fully solve the problem instead of rushing through the visit. now the pump is working again, the breaker issue is resolved, and the circulation system is back to normal, which is especially important in the texas heat to keep the water clean and balanced. in addition, the suction part for our pool crawler vacuum had come loose because it was worn out from age and sun exposure. they removed the damaged piece, and robert said he would check the price, let us know, and take care of the installation. both robert and our regular technician handled everything well, and robert went above and beyond by taking the extra time to track down the real cause of the problem. our pool water is now clear, bright, and looking great. i hope this level of pool cleaning and maintenance service continues because it gives us confidence to stay with them.
