We contracted Direct to redo our old pool and extend the deck 4 years ago. The workmanship was excellent and job completed quickly. No hassles or issues. Because Steve & Nicole are so conscientious and so moral, we have used their weekly pool service ever since. Any problems at all, are quickly addressed by Nicole. She's a doll and is always there to make sure you're happy with a beautiful pool.Edit - I can no longer recommend this company as of 7/26.
was referred to them by Billy at Leslie Pools. had them come out, and Steve was a little irritated from the start, especially since I had already scheduled Leslie Pools to do a minor repair before I knew about this company. Anyway, explained the pool had a lot of issues, and my budget was tight, but I wanted to get some repairs done right away and others would have to wait. After going over the different proposal i received a bid for 3k dollars to do some work. which i said lets do it when can you start. next week i was told the following week no communication on there part so i asked if he was going to do the job. via text. no response called the next day and was told i will call you back in 15 minutes no phone call came and my calls were not answered. i was left a message that he did not want to do the job. left that by text instead of calling me and explaining asked them why and and they wont respond. very piss poor company as the communication was horrible from day one. i would not recommend.

Despite our pool’s age, they show up every week with dedication and professionalism. Not only do they maintain our pool, but they also respond quickly and effectively whenever repairs are needed. Their consistent care and attention have made a noticeable difference, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their outstanding work. Direct Pool has been with us for quite a while. Service is excellent always with a beautiful sparkling pool. Steve is aways available for any repairs and Nicole and Seth keep things running. I highly recommend them.
