Ryan and James were fantastic to work with. I run an Airbnb and needed a hot tub on a tight timeline, and they made the entire process easy from start to finish. They were very friendly, took the time to explain all my options, answered every question I had, and worked with my delivery schedule so everything would be ready for my guests. The hot tub was delivered just a week after purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with it. One thing I really liked was that their factory warranty is handled by Ryan’s own team. Highly recommend their hot tubs and their team!

My initial review was based on communication issues and a delay in receiving our spa. Ryan reached out very promptly. He was very respectful and understanding. He took ownership and listened. That is unusual these days for a company to care about the consumer. He does. He also spent a significant amount of time answering our questions about the operation and care of our hot tub with a high degree of expertise. We would highly recommend him and his business.
