We had a leakage problem with our pool and Shaun Carey not only successfully found the problem but refurbished our tile and pool travertine along with a beautiful pebble finish that enhances our entire view. We had a pool built 9 years ago and it was time for some maintenance more than just the average cleanup, salt, chemical, open and close. Some of the waterline tiles had come loose, some of the coping was not attached as well as it should be and several pieces of travertine were starting to crack on the actual pool deck. I started contacting pool companies and the ones who would actually call me back basically wanted to tear everything out and start over. We did not need all of that. I found Shaun from Allegro Pools who came out very quickly. I explained my concerns and he worked with me to do the needed repairs without doing unnecessary work. In a short time span of only a week, he and his team, drained the pool, replaced all of the waterline tiles, cleaned all of the stains in the gunite, removed all of the coping and attached it securely, replaced about 30 travertine tiles in random places across the pool deck, regrouted the entire deck, filled it back up and balanced the chemicals so it was ready to go again. The communication with Allegro is unmatched in today's service industry. I got calls before during and after the project explaining how it would work, what would happen today and then followup making sure I was satisfied. It looks like it did when it was brand new. I highly recommend Allegro for any type of pool maintenance, construction and repairs.

We used Allegro for the 2024 pool season as new customers and have been very pleased. They installed a Pentair control panel that we love. Makes managing the pool easier. They return a second time after opening to clean the pool which helped a lot. And they were great about draining water to the area we needed it to go during closing.
