Instead of having a qualified technician visit the property and determine the pool’s dimensions, equipment, and other technical specifications, your team expected me, as the homeowner, to provide all of this information. These are details that should be identified by your professionals during an on-site inspection, not by the customer. As the service provider, it is your responsibility to assess the pool, gather the necessary technical information, and recommend the appropriate maintenance plan. Expecting customers to supply this information creates unnecessary inconvenience and does not reflect a professional level of service. I hope you will improve this process so that future customers receive a more professional and customer-focused experience.
