I have been trying to get repairs completed on my spa for nearly two years. The service was decent before I started having issues with my spa. They stopped answering my phone calls or would answer and say they’d get right back. No return on e-mails. No respect from the owners and operators. For a small family business I expected at leases minimal service. I am highly disappointed with the lack of common courtesy. I will never purchase a spa from them again. If you have problems with your spa, don’t expect to get the issues managed.
We had a superb experience with Mountain Leisure Living. We purchased a Sundance Chelsee hot tub from them after owning an older version of the same model at our previous home in another state ("and loving it," as Maxwell Smart would say!). Owner Charles was an absolute pleasure to work with right from the beginning, super helpful and not in any way "salesy." Just low-key pro all the way around. Charles showed up with his crew of Chris, Stephen and August, and we worked together to figure out the best way to get the tub onto our deck in our back yard. Great cooperation and teamwork from everyone. The guys got everything installed -- including the electrical connection and tub filled -- within a few hours, and we enjoyed the tub that same evening. Easy communication, skilled guys, nice friendly neighborhood vibe all the way around. I look forward to having Charles and team service this tub as needed for many years to come. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately our experience has not been great with Mountain Leisure Hot Tubs, Arden location. The biggest issue is lack of communication. 9 out of 10 times you call no one answers, if you leave a massage no one gets back, no one responds to email. I do not understand how someone can run a business with such poor communication. We have had our hot tub for a year and a half. The hot tub had a side panel that was broken after only a few months, the company still has yet to come and fix it. The hot tub cover totally ripped in half after just after a year and the company had the audacity to tell me that it was because people were sitting on the hot tub cover. Our cabin sat for nearly a year with no one using the tub or cover post Helene, so most certainly this is was not the reason for the damage to the cover. The owner finally agreed to replace the cover (which was only 2 weeks out of warranty) but it's been the biggest problem, taking alot of my time to even get anyone on the phone. We contacted them at the beginning of August asking for replacement and it is nearly the end of October and we still have no replacement. I highly suggest going with someone else if you are looking for a hot tub, you will wast your time here and get a product that is not great
I had an outstanding experience with mountain leisure hot tubs. Their customer service went above and beyond every step of the way. When I ran into some scheduling challenges, they used out-of-the-box thinking to come up with a creative solution that got my hot tub installed much sooner than expected. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the process and the final result. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-notch service and a team that truly goes the extra mile!
