gross incompetence on the part of Atlanta Hot Tub Center. In Feb, I ordered a new hot tub cover for my Sundance spa. I paid a $400 deposit and was told it would take 2-3 months. In May, I called to check on the status and was told I would be called back. I waited a week and called them back and was told the manufacturer had no update but they would let me as soon as it was shipped. today, I called again, was placed on hold for ~8 mins, then told I would be called back. I waited an hour and called them back and was told they didn't have my cover and they would need to place the order again. no explanation of what happened to the original order or why they failed to call me back. they offered to bring a loaner cover and a $100 discount on the new cover. I opted for a full refund and will take my business elsewhere.

The team at the Atlanta Hot Tub Center are very attentive and responsive. Recently the team noted a broken clip on my hot tub during servicing, and Callie (one of the service reps) reached out to advise me and let me know that a replacement part has been ordered for installation during their next service date. Great customer service!
I had my brand new Sundance Jacuzzi tub installed and Jack was absolutely amazing! He explained everything related to basic care of the tub in details and even wrote the instructions on every chemical bottle to make it easier. He answered all my questions and he was the best tech I’ve ever dealt with. I recommend this company 100 % and definitely ask for Jack if possible!
