After meeting with 4 other companies we found Paradise Pool, within 5 minutes of meeting Rich we knew the search was over. Paradise Pool has been the best contractor we have ever hired. Rich is extremely easy to work with from the initial meeting, through installation, and after - when us new pool owners have a million questions. The quality of work is second to none, Rich was at our house the entire time making sure everything was done correctly and no corners were cut. One thing that stood out to us when we first met Rich was how much he cared about providing the best service possible. When we started to look at designs Rich would show us similar completed pools, then immediately name the person who he installed it for and where it was located. Then he would get the person on the phone and ask them if there was a time that we could come to see the pool in person. EVERY single person that he called answered and raved about their experience with Rich. Once we hired Rich, we understood why they raved about him; just a great guy that is passionate about what he does.

From the moment I met Rich I knew he would be the company we would go with for our pool. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, professional and very responsive. Our first pool was a 20x40 saltwater pool and our second pool is a 16x 36. I am extremely satisfied with Rich and his team from start to finish. It is often difficult to find reliable people and companies at the Shore, Paradise Pool is the exception to that rule!! He is always available for consultation on technical issues.
