Premium price - budget quality work. Hired this company to resurface my gunite pool last year. It was an expensive job, but the results do not reflect the premium pricing. First, the coating is very uneven & blotchy. It’s not a uniform finish at all. The tile job was sloppy, with lots of grout & coating covering the tiles. The bottom of the pool has a huge ring around it, so the pool bottom coating is not uniform. The runoff from the coating ruined a portion of my lawn, which took months to correct. Finally, the owner required payment terms different from that stated in the contract. I would not recommend this company for pool projects.
From design, construction, and weekly maintenance since 2024, the service has been very good. I was impressed with quick changes we needed during the design process, the different speciality's of the installation crews, and the weekly service reports. Brian at Northfield and Rosita at the main office have been very helpful answering questions and providing service.
Spring is around the corner and we cannot wait for season 2 of our SwimMor pool. Team has been great from start to finish. Our thanks to Craig/Brian/Rosita/Lauren for making our experience a great one !
Swim-mor pool built our pool in 2023. We had some hiccups our first year - which is expected being a new pool - but the service department kept working on our issue until it was solved. Since then all is perfect. We also have a great crew that comes at weekly. We also have to mention Rosita - customer service department - she has been amazing in all ways. Looking forward to another season with Swim-Mor
