BlueCrew Co

I highly recommend the BlueCrew team! They seek to understand your vision then create an amazing computer rendering of what it will look like with tweaks from you and them along the way to give you the perfect custom result you are wanting. They take such pride in their work and daily communication during our project was appreciated. They are more than just a pool company. They helped us transform our backyard by essentially being our contractors for all of the work we had done: pool, deck, back porch, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, spa, landscaping, etc. They helped us with all of it, and we are so appreciative. Our backyard looks like a vacation resort. We also now use them for our pool service. Thank you Valerie, Carlos, and Angel.

Valarie, Carlos, Angel, and the entire team at Blue Crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. Deciding to build a pool is a significant investment, and we were initially nervous and uncertain about the process. Our first meeting with Carlos immediately put us at ease. He met with us at our home and took the time to truly understand our vision. After meeting with several builders, it was clear that none provided the level of attention, care, and thoughtfulness that Carlos did. That personal approach ultimately led us to choose Blue Crew for our project. The next phase brought us to their design studio, where our ideas truly came to life. With Valarie guiding us through design and cost considerations, Angel translating our vision into detailed renderings, and Carlos advising on the technical execution, we collaboratively created a pool and outdoor living space that exceeded our expectations. Construction began promptly and remained on schedule throughout the project. At one point, we requested a change to the grading of our backyard. Rather than being overwhelmed or dismissive, the team evaluated our options and made it happen. Their willingness to pivot and problem-solve ensured that our backyard became exactly what we envisioned. This level of flexibility and commitment to overdelivering was consistent throughout the entire process. Communication was another area where Blue Crew truly excelled. We were kept informed at every stage of the project and were never caught off guard. Their transparency and responsiveness gave us complete confidence throughout the build. Once construction was complete, Blue Crew ensured everything was fully operational, including proper equipment setup and chemical balancing. They also provided a comprehensive owner’s manual containing contract details, materials used, warranties, maintenance guidelines, and contact information—an invaluable resource for pool ownership. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result. The process was far smoother and more stress-free than we ever anticipated, which speaks volumes about Blue Crew’s professionalism and care. Although we know challenges likely arose behind the scenes, the team handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. We never felt like just another project; we were treated like family. Nearly a year after completion, Blue Crew continues to stand behind their work. Recently, when we had a question about our pebble finish, Valarie was at our home the very next morning with answers and support. Their commitment does not end when the project is finished. There are many pool builders capable of creating beautiful spaces, but what truly sets Blue Crew apart is the exceptional care, attention to detail, and ongoing support they provide. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication and would recommend them without hesitation.

BlueCrew Co is absolutely amazing!!! We had some really bad experiences with other pool companies and when we met BlueCrews everything got so much better. They were friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. They went out of their way to make us feel like family and ensure we received the best product possible. Our whole process was exciting and enjoyable. I would recommend BlueCrews over and over again. I can’t say enough good things about the team, process, or finished pool. It’s AMAZING!!! The only thing I wish was different - is that we had met them first. - Johanna H

After speaking with many of our friends about who built their pool and backyard retreats with other builders, and some of the nightmares they encountered, we decided to go with a pool company who is fairly new in the CSRA. Although there are many pool builders in the area, some of the reviews and comments pushed away from those builders. We met Carlos and Valerie at a local home show. We were impressed by the standards they set for the way a pool should be built. The result... we couldn't be more pleased, and that is an understatement. From design to competition, The Blue Crew Team was there for every aspect of the build. Someone from the team was always on-site to insure our project was on task and completed with professionalism. Our yard and driveway were never cluttered with dirt, trash, bricks, concrete, pvc pipes, etc. Their power washer was at the ready in case something spilled. They responded quickly to every question we had whether text or phone call, and their kindness and friendliness was infectious. I challenge anyone who is looking to build a backyard oasis to give Blue Crew a look. I'm confident that you will not be disappointed!

We met with a couple pool companies in the area, but ultimately decided on Blue Crew and could not have been happier with the result. From the first day they showed up with an energy that told you they loved what they do, and they want you to love what they do. Over the entire process, I have never worked with a company that made you feel like family the way Blue Crew does. They listened to everything we wanted, advised, and then designed our dream in a true scale 3D graphical representation. If you want to see what your pool will look like before they break ground they can do it!!! During construction, I found myself taking off work, not because I had to, but because I was so blown away by the level of craftsmanship I just wanted to watch artists do their thing. I could go on and on about how amazing this company is to work with but let’s just say, our pool is a dream come true for our family, a dream that I would entrust to this crew again and again. The pictures speak for themselves, everyday my backyard is an oasis and perfect getaway from the daily grind. Thank you Blue Crew!!! You guys are simply the best.
