Great company to work with. After a minor issue the sales team helped resolve the issue extremely quickly on a holiday. The gentlemen delivering all the items did an outstanding job, ensuring I was happy with location and ease of use. The electrician provided was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I cannot recommend this company enough.
The delivery people scratched the mess out of the cover when delivering the hot tub and said they would fix it and they never did. They used their knees to move it into place and broke the front panel. I didn't realize it because they placed it back together so it looked ok until the election was trying to hook it up. It fell apart when he opened it. They fixed it with duck tape. Also I complained about the heat pump not staying regular. They had every excuse under the sun. They got to it.... Once my warranty ran out so I had to pay for the replacement. So make sure you stay on top of things with them. Oh and don't use their hookup people. The crooked electrician tried to say my electric panel was on fire the scare me into buying a whole new panel. Had to run him off the property because he wouldn't leave. Now that the hot tub has been fixed it's good but it was a lot to get it their. Don't sign up for the chemicals because it's a scam and all of those little "fix packets" are just little packets of the shock. That's all it is.
I just changed the water in my spa and took a water sample in for a water analysis I met with Carter Hugh’s at their Augusta store. He ran the analysis and patiently explained in detail the analysis report as to what and how much of an each chemical I needed to balance the water. This was alI I needed to know, so I thought. He took the time to explain the “Why” I needed certain chemicals to be in balance with other chemicals, and how they can positively or negatively impact my spa system, maintenance and cost. Mainly PH and Phosphate/ Chlorine working together ??great info. Thank you Carter!
Nick came to figure out the leak and found it almost immediately. Then he was able to explain how and why it happened, a d provided some great info on maintaining the spa. Great service and great advice. Thanks.
No pressure buying experience. We did not know a lot about Saunas but Tim was very informative. After seeing several we needed to do more research. We found the one online we wanted that would work in our space. Contacted Tim learned more about it ie. price, delivery, and if it would be okay to install in garage. Still no pressure. We contacted him next day, placed the order and have had it now a week and couldn’t be happier. It has helped so much with our arthritis and have noticed difference in how we feel. One of the best purchases we have made.
