Mark and the crew saved us this spring. Went to do a simple liner change and saw that the vermiculite concrete was all busted up and poorly patched by the previous owners. He was able to work us into the schedule a few weeks later and get the job done, including the liner within a week and did an excellent job.They also wired up a Pentair color sync controller that I couldn’t figure out.Couldn’t be happier.
Mark and his team were awesome from start to finish in replacing our 13 year old vinyl liner. From Mark, to Stephanie, to the entire crew, everyone was great to work with. Mark explained everything clearly, made the whole process really easy, and the best part.. he got us opened up by Friday of Memorial Day weekend right on schedule!Communication was great the entire time. His office stayed on top of everything and always reached out quickly anytime they needed something to keep the project moving. We have had to replace our pool vinyl liner 2 times since the pool was built in 2020. Due to these liner issues I reached out to several pool companies and did not get the help I wanted. I reached out to AG Pool Masters LLC in late Sept. of 2025 and spoke to Stephanie. She was very responsive to the liner issues and asked me to send photos of those issues. I did this and she presented them to Mark (owner of AG). I hoped to have him come out and check the liner before I had the pool closed for the winter but it did not work. We left it off that she would reach out to me in March of 2026. She did and I told her I was still interested to see if AG could help me with my liner issues. AG was very responsive to emails and phone calls. She relayed this to Mark and he put together a quote that included coming to the house to get exact measurements of the pool, surveying the surrounding area to see what might be causing the liner issues, removal of existing liner and bag for disposal, purchasing a new liner, precise liner installation, water trucks and a few other things. I was undecided because this was going to be our third liner since 2020 and a major investment. Mark called me to talk about the quote, to explain the steps involved, and to ask if I had any questions. The phone call helped me make up my mind and I accepted the quote. Mark, Ryan, and CJ installed the new liner on April 22, 2026. Mark and his crew did everything listed on the quote and a few extras. They installed a new MOOV pool pump I purchased through Mark, and made sure it and the pool were up and running. CJ took a look at the pool heater because it was not working correctly and installed a new igniter. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem but CJ told me what the two other possible issues could be and they would require additional parts.Lastly; I asked Mark for some recommendations for pool maintenance companies because, as I stated previously this was a major investment and I hope with good maintenance this liner will last a long time.I would recommend AG Pool Masters LLC.

After our previous pool company told us it would take 6–8 weeks just to get a new inground liner—and then even longer to schedule installation—we were left thinking there’d be no point in even opening our pool this season. Totally discouraged, we reached out to AG Pool Masters…and I’m so glad we did.From the first call with Stephanie, we felt hopeful again. She was kind, responsive, and confident they could help us much sooner. Mark came out almost immediately to take measurements, and when he realized our pool wasn’t symmetrical, he didn’t delay—he was back the very next business day with a laser to get precise measurements.Throughout the process, Mark kept us updated, was always professional, and followed through on every promise. And sure enough—on the exact date he originally gave us—they showed up and got to work. Mark, Ryan, and Clinton did a phenomenal job installing the new liner. The quality, the care, and the attention to detail were truly impressive.We’ve officially fired our old pool company and will be using AG Pool Masters from now on. I am so happy with the work done by AG Pool Masters, LLC!The team is amazing! Stephanie was so helpful in getting me scheduled as quickly as possible. She was also very flexible when my needs changed. Mark spent almost an hour on the phone with me...on a Saturday! He answered a lot of questions for me and helped me decide what options were best for me and my pool needs.The guys, Mark, Jacob and Matt, showed up early for the appointment...which to me was great!! They came right back and started checking everything out. I expressed my concerns about the new pool fitting where the old pool was...because of how specific the decknwas made around it...and Mark assured me they would do their best to get it to fit the same and they did!! The pool lines up perfectly with the old pool deck! They were also able to line up the skimmer and return almost perfectly, too! I didn't have to change any of my pvc ??The guys were very polite and respectful. I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them without making me feel like I was a bother.AG Pool Masters is definitely the company I recommend for all your pool needs!
