I cannot say enough good things about The Great Escape store in Aurora. They're like the Walter E. Smith of furniture, except for pool needs, outdoor living furniture, and decor. Simply an amazing staff and customer service. Chris has recently been helping me, Outstanding job Chris as well as all the other staff! Once again a big thank you to all the staff for being friendly and helpful!!!!
Love the staff at the great escape in aurora!! Bought our pool here and Chris went above and beyond making us feel comfortable with our purchase. I love that we can have our water tested for free- the staff always is so helpful going through the test results and explaining what we need to do. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful- would highly recommend!! I would give ten stars if I could ??
We bought a pool from the Great Escape and we were dealing with the store manager. He was a very kind, knowledgeable and (20 years with the company) experienced salesman. He didn’t try and push us to buy something we didn’t need. Only what we were looking for and made his recommendations to help us in the right direction. Great service, I couldn’t ask for more. Wide variety of everything you could need for summer with the best prices and options. High quality products.
Chris Damarjian the manager went above and beyond to help me out with pool replacement parts! I was genuinely impressed with his knowledge and the quick response to helping us out with getting our pool up and running. I would highly recommend this store and the staff with any and all of your pool needs. Thanks again you guys are wonderful….
Fantastic staff and service. We bought our pool here in 2024. Rob was our sales representative and went above and beyond. Being first time pool owners we always have lots of questions and Rob is always there to help and guide us. The entire staff make you feel welcome and appreciated every time you walk in the door. The best part is that they never try to sell you things you don’t need. Highly recommend for all pool needs!
