Phil & team are AMAZING. I cannot even tell you how much they have made my life easier, and at a very affordable price! I used to spend so much time each week cleaning the pool and trying my best to balance it, and now I spend that time enjoying my pool instead!From always making sure our cocktail pool (pool that also can be used as a hot tub) is spic and span and perfectly balanced, to letting us know when it’s time to change the water (and of course, they do that for us too), to helping us troubleshoot the odd issue we’ve had, to even switching up schedule days when we found another day that worked better for us. They really do it all and have amazing customer service.After each service they send me a detailed email on what services were performed and what my chemical levels were, and if I need to wait a couple of hours before getting into the pool due to the chemistry fix. It’s a complete recap.Phil & team are always professional and super nice & responsive to any questions. I’m excited to have them continue maintaining our hot tub as we go into the colder months.
