We went to the class they held to help with hot tub maintenance. Our tub has a salt water system and we had questions about keeping the water balanced. The class was very helpful and they answered all our questions. The representatives that conducted the classmade it fun as well!
Texas Hot Tub Compsany and Hot Spring Spa’s are a wining combination! Tony and the team provided an outstcustomer service experience.
Another great experience with TX Hot Tub and Andrew. I expected my recirculating pump to need replacement which would have been a major expense, however Andrew did some troubleshooting and was able to clear a blocked valve to get me up and running in no time. I appreciate his expertise and honesty and highly recommend his services. Well done!
Our Technician, Andrew, from Texas Hot Tub Company was outstanding!! We had not used our Hot Springs Vanguard spa in over a year and his knowledge of how to get it back to great running condition was exceptional! He had all equipment needed in his van - so no need for follow-up appointments. He showed us every detail of the few parts needing replacement and the cost. His integrity was the highest I've ever experienced with any service professional! And my lack of knowledge of spa maintenance could have been an opportunity to take advantage - he took the high road! We are up and running in half a day and the cost was much much less than anticipated. I highly recommend Texas Hot Tub Company -- and Andrew!!
I originally 5 years ago wrote a glowing review when it was Spa Expo and gave it 5 starts. Its time for an UPDATE!. I'm now 6 years into owning the Endless Swim Spa E500 with Tread mill and River flow. The Spa is very well built but as any device it needs maintenance. So far, I had to replace the Ozonator ($1000), and had the Hydraulic System that runs the Treadmill and Swim Jet system fail after a huge Storm in Central Texas. I live in Georgetown but bought this in Austin. I also bought the Covana Cover for my 15 foot long spa (around $10,000). Just last month the system stopped heating and started just cooling down. No buttons would bring it back.Short story I had to call the Mother ship to fix the Swim Spa part. The local Service guy quoted $9000. It was just a reset button on the huge pump that runs the Swim Features. I had to get a factory Tech to help me trouble shoot it.Then Dec 23, the Jets part failed and they wouldn't call me back (I called the Factory for the big spa fix and they weren't happy)I had to trouble shoot and replace the big $400 motor without any support. I have an EE Degree and can do this work. But its messing with 240 Volts all around water. So I'd be weary spending 65K and then have to do all your own trouble shooting because scheduling Austin Texas Hot Tub service is a minimum 1-2 months out and that's if you're in warranty and they haven't black balled you for going over their head. (BTW Hot Springs doesn't want to talk to customers... it took me months to get that set up). These are huge systems and to be left with no service options is completely unacceptable. Buyer beware,.,,,D & J Thomas
