Joey, Donovan, and their teams were incredible to work with! The communication was better than I’ve ever experienced with any other contractor/professional and we were so impressed with their dedication to getting our pool in order. In fact they were ahead of schedule (unheard of), and when a city permit issue popped up (out of their control) they handled things swiftly and with as little hassle as possible on our end. They came up with solutions to obstacles that arose and made sure we understood our options. In the end we couldn’t be happier with our pool - the Baja step we added has already been put to great use! Also, we got several quotes. Cali Coast was right in the middle and their professionalism swayed us to choose them, we’re glad we did!
