I was so lucky in finding this place, i needed help getting gaskets and other parts which were hard to find but Johnny's not only had them in stock but at a reasonable price! Jay provided great customer service, he gave me a lot of advice and recommendations! I went to two different pool supply places and they didn’t have any idea what my part was. I walked into Johnny’s and within three seconds the guy behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and the part number! I was like is this guy had Jedi or something? Sure enough the part fit and I’m back in business highly recommend this place.
Our pool pump went out on us. Johnny's Pool was able to send someone out and he removed the pump to repair it and got it done all within one week. Johnathan is the technician that came out. He's great. Within minutes he was able to diagnose and tell what was wrong. When he came back, it was raining so hard, but he came and got the job done without any complaints. Excellent service!If you live in the area, you really can afford to go anywhere else. This is it. Anything related to swimming pools, you are at the right place.
