I’m very happy with the results. They showed up on time, were very professional, and explained everything they were doing. My pool hadn’t looked this clean in a long time. The price was fair, and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Bakersfield Pool Services to anyone looking for reliable pool maintenance. I will be using them again.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this company. They claimed they could fix my pool, but ended up making the situation much worse. Instead of resolving the problem, they caused more damage — and then had the nerve to charge me for it.Communication was a nightmare from the start. They almost never answered their phones, and when I did manage to get someone, it was either an excuse or a blame game. The manager was especially unprofessional, constantly blaming the crew rather than taking any responsibility for their own company’s failures.Despite their promises, they were clearly not qualified for the job. They offered no solutions, refused to make things right, and still billed me for services they couldn’t even guarantee. I feel completely taken advantage of.At one point they claimed they came to service the pool and sent a photo as “proof” this was on a Wednesday. The photo included my gardener in the background who comes Tuesday’s. They must’ve recycled a photo. They are liars.Save yourself the headache, time, and money. Find a reputable company that actually stands behind their work and gets the job done right the first time. This place is an absolute disaster.
