We got our pool custom built by Grecian Pools a few years back & they did a phenomenal Job. But that’s not why I am here leaving a review, I’m leaving a review because we had a job done recently for regular maintenance on our oool & the guy who did the job messed up our programming. So our Jacuzzi wouldn’t work, instead of them owing the mistake or even saying sorry they denied it was their doing at all. Claiming that all they did was switch out “Seal” for pump & that’s it. Not wanting to take responsibility for anything. Which was unfortunate. We were stuck without a working spa, sadly we didn’t know what to do, whether to try to call another maintenance guy, or possibly reach out to the people who built our pool to begin with, which is the great folks at Grecian, my wife proceeded to reach out to Derick, within 24 hours he went out of his way to come to our home & FIX THE ISSUE, this is a busy man who is running the company now days to my knowledge, & he literally took time out of his day to work on a pool that he built over 3 years ago, not because he had to but because their customer Service is so phenomenal that he went above and beyond in making sure that things got fixed even though The problem was created by someone else to begin with! My wife offered to pay him. He refused to take payment, we would have happily paid For this problem to be fixed, I haven’t had customer service this amazing in years I rarely leave reviews , but it was my obligation to make sure people know how Phenomenal this company is! Since Derick has been running the show, I can truly say that this is the best company in Bakersfield you won’t Find anybody else who will do a better job and who will make sure that you’re happy and taken care of you know the saying happy wife equals a happy life well thanks to Derick’s willingness to help my wife is now happy and I’m sincerely thankful. I will tell my followers and friends on my social media platforms to only get their pools built by Grecian pools because they are truly the best! If you’re reading this Derek. I want you to know that we really are thankful and that you have loyal customers for life. Most companies don’t go out of their way like this and show they care, but you prove that you guys will do whatever it takes to make sure any customers of yours are fully satisfied And that means a lot thank you my friend!
I had my pool built over 6 years ago. The process went smoothly and we were and still are very happy with our pool. Twice I’ve had issues that I created that were nothing to do with Grecian or the job they did. Both Times I reached out to the company and Derick the owner returned my call. The first time 3 years ago he was able to walk me through fixing my issue over the phone. The second time just today he actually stopped by himself and reprogrammed my control panel. Both times I’ve reached out he has been kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this company.
We spent about $400K with Grecian for their landscaping and pool. Not a year since we move in, I notice 3 trees and 2 rows of roses has died. I asked my contractor if they can come and replace it or look to see if there’s anything have to be done to keep it alive. They responded that they only warrantee for a couple of months. So be careful when you use them and check their warrantee time.
Looking forward to getting my estimate done and working withe the team. Very professional and able to provide level of design and construction I am looking for.
