Not a review I wanted to really write but let's get down to the dirt at first seemed like a great choice Cesar came by and was amazing personable and communicated very well.That sadly did not carry thru after the pool cleaner started showing up and spending 7-10minutes per visit the first month, then starting the second month i started to notice algae building in my waterfall by the second week of the second month I also noticed the pool cleaner wasn't showing up so I checked my cameras and sure enough wasn't there that day( not a big deal things happen) but heard no communication from company about changing the day that week, so I texted them and let them know(no reply back)next week comes and same thing pool cleaner is a no show (checked cameras again) same so I decided to do it myself and cancelled their service. No one will ever take as good care of your pool as you will, spend the time to learn it and treat your investment with care!
The best pool company in Bakersfield! Cesar and Alex are very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. I have been working with them for a while now and I am very pleased with their work. My pool was left in very bad condition and they restored it completely. Prices are very reasonable. I can recommend them 100%
Upon receiving multiple quotes we found JM & Sons. Not only were we pleased with their reasonable prices but the whole experience was seamless. Our swimming pool hadn’t been plastered since we first built it in 2007 and now it looks like a paradise pool! We already are planning on giving JM & Sons future work! We highly recommend them!!
I needed a new pump and filter, Cesar and Jose helped me get it done. They were great, responsive and very helpful. New pump and filter later, the equipment is running great and pool is looking great. Great price and service, we couldn't be happier.
Very happy with JM & Sons service. Our last contractor struggled with our salt pool. It always had a green hue and was in a state of constant shock. JM got our pool back into shape in short order. I had forgot how blue our pool was. JM & Sons has had our pool for a year this month, and we couldn't be happier.
