JR Custom Pools

Without question, they were a 10 out of 10. I have had several pools built in the past and have encountered several issues. Not one with this company. Everyday they were at the house working. This was an especially difficult project where they rebuilt my existing pool. This is actually harder than building from scratch. They told me they could do it in 6 weeks and they did it!!!!!!! Jorge the owner and Ashley where great to work with. I usually do not make referrals, but if you are building or redoing your pool USE THEM. I have used all the other big name companies and they do not compare. I would invest in the this company if I wasn't so busy. They Best!!!! USE THEM!!!!!!!

Nowadays it feels more difficult to say “you get what you pay for” because prices across the board are higher than ever and quality is quite the opposite. This pool project with JR Custom Pools was a welcome exception, we definitely got what we paid for. The end result has left us and anyone who sees it speechless and smiling. The company was patient and knowledgeable not just in the beginning planning stages but throughout the entire process of the build. We couldn’t be happier or more thrilled with our new family oasis. Ashley handled my initial inquiries with professional and fast, detailed answers and options. She was always available to take my call and put my mind at ease when I would get overwhelmed or want to make a change. She and Jorge lead the construction from layout to the final occupancy certificate. Jorge is probably the hardest working man I’ve dealt with in a very long time. The Man, The Myth, The Legend! He makes your project feel like his only priority, and you can feel the genuine care he has for every little detail. He wants it done right and will make sure it’s done right and actually knows how to get it done right. I appreciate perfectionism and when you find someone like him it sure is refreshing. In the end everything is amazing. Our pool is amazing, our stamped and stained concrete is amazing, our pavilion is amazing, our fireplace and tiling is amazing, even our sod is amazing! It’s all just amazing!!! 10 out of 10!

The team at JR Custom Pools was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. They brought my vision to life exactly as I imagined and made sure I felt confident throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain each step and quickly addressed any questions or concerns I had. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and truly couldn’t recommend them enough. I can’t wait to spend time in our beautiful new pool with family this summer!

Jorge and his team made the whole process super easy. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of the work really shows. They were great to work with and delivered exactly what we needed. Thanks again — definitely recommend!
