My husband and I knew we wanted a new hot tub when we purchased our new home. We met with Marty and he had us set up a wet test a few days later. He was super helpful in helping us understand the different options available. Delivery was a breeze. Our new hot tub had a technical issue with the speakers and they sent a tech out quickly to fix it! We are so happy with our purchase from Von Dorn Pools & Spas. Would highly recommend them!
Excellent pricing on spa chemicals, I used the spa moving service they recommended and they were excellent. Jacuzzi Spas are very well made so good place to consider purchasing.Employees very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. Store is well stocked with different chemicals that are getting a little harder to find ,prices are still very reasonable.
Marty is an amazing and patient man. Very knowledgeable and doesn't rush or pressure you. We were able to schedule a wet test for the hot tub and putting our order in today!
