Tried email, calls, messages, but it doesn't matter, he will not send anyone to fix the issue.You want to hire them? Be aware and pray that nothing happens after the sale.He won't show up.Now he is threatening me. What a nice business.
Awful customer service after spending $3k on a new filter system. Made promises that were never kept, offered me a pump that never came, then charged me for the least logical pipe install without any help on troubleshooting a filter problem that was solved by a competitor in 2 minutes.

Wow , I have to say I got stiffed from another pool company named “Poolcraft” to do my linear one week before opening. I called BLISS and within 2 weeks these guys got me a brand new linear and fixed my concrete pool and had it opened within 2 1/2 weeks. These guys are amazing no joke. Kadal and his guys 10/10 .
