CCS Pool and Landscape

We had our backyard completed by CCS Pool and Landscape last year and continue to be impressed with their service. Justin, Jodi, and their team were fantastic to work with — professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. They recently came back to complete a few loose ends and were also quick to help after our backyard flooded following a heavy rain. It’s clear they stand behind their work and care about their customers long after the project is finished. We’re extremely happy with our backyard and would highly recommend CCS to anyone looking for landscaping or pool work in the Barrie area.

Justin and team were amazing to deal with right from the beginning thru to completion (which was also earlier than they had originally thought)! What I thought would be a stressful job was made easy by this company. Thank you for the beautiful pool! Our neighbors say we have our own little resort??We highly recommend CCS Pool and Landscape!!

I actually cannot say enough good things about Justin and his crew! Right from the start, Justin listened to everything I wanted to transform our backyard and made it even better than expected. His team is prompt and works diligently throughout the project, ensuring that your pool and landscaping job are completed before moving on to the next project. I am ABSOLUTELY in love with the outcome! The pictures speak for themselves :)

We hired Justin and CCS to help design and install our pool in 2022. The whole process was seamless and stress free - as much as a project of this size could be. He was on time, on budget and done to exact specifications. We even had them do all our landscaping as well - another huge project that was added on at the end. The whole CCS team was friendly, professional and took pride in their work. He provided advice, helped push along the permit process and worked with our builder to move things along quickly. CCS still keeps in constant contact with us to make sure our pool experience year after year is a positive one. Even when we had our pool module burn out due to a storm 2 years later. CCS worked with the manufacturer and was able to have all the costs covered for a replacement and install. They stand behind their work even years later and will do whatever it takes to make it right. 10/10

In 2020, we decided to get a pool. We knew demand was high and likely we would need to book for 2021 instead. We knew we wanted a fiberglass pool, we found a good manufacturer (Leisure Pools) and found CCS as the local carrier. Immediately we were impressed by Jodi. She helped get us on the schedule for spring 2021. Despite being booked for next year Jodi and Kevin worked closely with us to create a plan. The contract was straight forward, billing was easy and we committed to a plan CCS helped us create. In October 2020, we received an amazing surprise! CCS had managed to get our pool delivered and would be able to install our pool ahead of schedule. In November, we had a blast of warm 20 degree weather and we were swimming our new pool! Justin and his team went above and beyond to make this happen for us. CCS came back as soon as spring hit and we now have a finished yard (less grass and plantings) that we love! The expertise, warm communication and commitment to meet our desires and timelines was beyond expectation. I know there is a lot of demand and a lot of new pool companies in the area. I would recommend CCS to anyone considering a pool. The CCS team delivered everything we wanted and more. The yard is beautiful and we have full confidence in the quality with the wealth of experience and expertise CCS brings.
