International Pool & Spa Centres

International Pools has been excellent. I reached out to them for a new pool. Vince was spectacular, helping me choose the pool and accessories. He said I would have my new pool in a couple of weeks (in this heat), and he did not disappoint. I am very pleased with the sales and service I received from Vince and International Pools. He has since called a couple of times to check in to see how the pool is working out. Highly recommend! Thank you Vince.

We recently purchased a 12x18 oval above-ground pool from International Pools & Spa, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, Vince was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the perfect pool for our family. One of the biggest surprises was how quickly everything came together. The pool was in stock, and they were able to schedule the site preparation and installation within just a few days of our purchase. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. We're extremely happy with our new pool and can't wait to enjoy it all summer long. We highly recommend International Pools & Spa to anyone looking for quality products, excellent customer service, and a smooth, hassle-free installation experience. Thank you to Vince and the entire team!

I've been coming here for both my pool and hot tub supplies, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions without making you feel rushed. They consistently have everything I need to keep my pool and hot tub in great shape, and I also love checking out their selection of fun floats and toys for the kids. It's become my go-to pool store, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great products and even better customer service!

I had a really great experience at International Pool and Spa in Barrie. Benito and Layton both did an amazing job and were super helpful the whole time. They were friendly, professional, and made everything really easy to understand. You can tell they both know what they’re doing and actually care about helping customers. They answered questions clearly and made sure everything was done properly. Great customer service from both of them, and they helped make the whole experience smooth and stress free. Definitely appreciate all their hard work and would highly recommend working with them.
