These guys are great!!! They clean my neighbors pool so I checked with them and they spoke very highly of Aqua Preaux Pool Services so I reached out to get my pool light replaced. The communication was great and the work was done very professionally. I highly recommend them! I had been dragged along for a year by Colonel Pool Pros saying they would come fix the light they installed just 1 year earlier, but they would never show up... no show after no show, it is unbelievable how bad they are. Do not use Colonel Pool Pros!
Called Jordan about my salt system. He responded quickly and is a friendly, knowledgeable young man. He diagnosed the problem ordered parts and got us back up and running. Very pleased with the work he did. We will do future business with him.

i have had several pool technicians come out and work on my pool filter and heat pump over the years and i would not have a single one of them come back- --until Jordan came to clean my filter cartridges and check my heat pump- he was so considerate of my property and equipment and he did an excellent job of cleaning my filters without leaving any mess behind. i cannot express how respectful and pleasant he was and even let me know when he was just a few minutes late - i would recommend Aqua Preaux to anyone that needs work on their pool equipment- Jordan will do an excellent job and leave you with a smile- thanks again Jordan
