We recently bought a hot tub after researching and driving to many stores we returned to this store because Zach was so great with customer service. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We had a great experience from start to finish and we love our new hot tub!
We worked with Zach & Jennifer this fall trying to find a hot tub that fit some pretty tight constraints that we kept changing on them. They were both incredibly helpful and, even though it took us forever to make a decision, they never made us feel rushed. Once we decided on a hot tub delivery was super fast. This was the first of a new brand so there were some bugs to work out and a bit of a learning curve but Zach helped us a ton even after hours. We’re super pleased and would recommend!
The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, even though he was unable to help me in my search. He did however set me on a path to find what I'm looking for to fix my stove and fireplace needs. So for that. I am thankful. I did happen to look around while I waited and they seem to have a great selection of grills and pool and spa products. Which it seems is thier main money maker.Overall, while they couldn't help me, they seemed to be very professional and friendly. And I thank them kindly.
