I have been purchasing chemicals from Mikes for years and decided to switch to have them open our pool this spring. When we discussed this last September, we were told 550-600 is the cost depending on the chemicals. The pool was opened last week. Trash was left on site, the pool liner was not cleaned. Silt and debris was left in the pool. I received an invoice for approx. $780. I called to express my concern and they couldn’t have cared less. They told me that 550-600 was the “starting” price.
Had my 15 year old Jacuzzi hot tub pack and heater die. The response time with cold weather coming in was quick! They diagnosed it accurately same day, ordered parts after I approved the cost and got it fixed within in a week. Janet was nice to work with and the guys onsite did a great job. We use the hot tub a lot and I appreciate your efforts to repair it before the cold weather hit.
I cannot understand any negative comments regarding Miko's pool service as I have only first class service from them. I am a new customer and I approached the company to help fix a dirty green pool that occurred during my absence from home.Not only did Michael offer timely expert advice, but also fitted me in to his busy schedule the following day.With his expert service he corrected the green algae problem within 24 hours.He also replaced a defective lightning system in my pool.I value his friendly expert advice over what I have been by other big box pool supply companies.I intend to use Michael's service in the future and I would highly recommend his company for any pool service or supply.
Mike’s Pool & Spa has been nothing less than outstanding. I have used them now for 3 seasons (into my 4th) and they never disappoint. Every year they provide such quality service when opening that it takes very little effort to keep it going. When things break they are always quick to reply with expert advice not necessarily going for the most expensive choice. Very friendly and helpful throughout the season. Love the added service of free water testing anytime.
I appreciate excellence in customer service—and that’s what I get every time I call Mikes Pool & Spa for service! It’s pouring down rain and they are still doing what it takes to fix my pvc pipes I ran into with new mower! Their staff at the office and their service techs are friendly, knowledgeable and timely! Five stars for sure!
