We initially came to Oasis after a few of the other pool stores in the area weren’t as helpful as we hoped they would be. As a new pool owner who is essentially bringing a very nasty, dormant pool back to life, we needed help. Oasis has been amazing from the second we walked through the doors. Lee has spent hours with us researching potential water issues and how he can fix them. If he didn’t know the answer he never hesitated to call someone who could assist in the situation with him. We are very pleased with the customer service we have received at Oasis.
What a great group of people who always work to provide you with the best service and the best price. I bought my home last year and was warned by the Oasis team when they came to service my in-ground pool that my equipment was on its last legs. They prepped me, and this year, when they broke down, I was ready and had funds set aside to cover the cost. The team did fast work, which reassured me of their efficiency and reliability, along with their quality work.

We couldn’t be happier with Oasis Pools. From design to execution, they exceeded our expectations. We weren’t even sure if a pool was possible because of our retaining wall and limited access, but Oasis assured us that anything was achievable — and they delivered.We almost went with another company, but after doing our due diligence, we found numerous bad reviews and unhappy clients. Another pool company came out and never even followed up. Oasis, on the other hand, designed and installed not just a swimming pool, but a complete outdoor living oasis.We highly recommend them to anyone — they are, hands down, the best in the St. Louis area!
