After many visits and over 3 years of planning and creating a space for our dream hot tub, Tami helped us locate the store with every filled tub we wanted to try out to find the best fit.We are finally living the dream and enjoying the benefits and peace of a salt water tub in our own space and are forever grateful for the many soaking appts and attention to detail we have received in our purchasing and selection experience with OHT.Tami went above and beyond and communicated with the city regarding our hot tub permit, without hesitation. She checked in regularly and followed up at every opportunity. We were able to schedule everything back to back so that our tub was placed, electrical installed the following day and the tub balance and orientation the day after that. Jason helped us have the confidence to manage our chemicals and what to address when. We worked with Mark Shelby at Olympic Hot Tub in Issaquah on our recent purchase. He was great to work with over the month or so we worked on the purchase! He spent all the time we needed and answered all of our many questions. Best of all, we didn't feel like we were being "sold" on the tub but rather he gave us both the information we requested and shared his personal experience to help us think through what would really work for us. He was super to work with and we highly recommend him.We also worked with Neil on the installation. He was super to work with as well. Never having owned a hot tub before we had lots of questions and he answered everything and made it clear and simple. He also gave us his cell for any follow up we need. It was great to see that even after the purchase Olympic valued us as a customer; Neil was a great representative of the company.
Want to give a shout out to Hot Tub Repair Specialist named Guerrin. He is knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. Appreciated his help with determining the problem and replacing circuit breaker that kept tripping & shutting down our hot tub.
