Let me preference this review by stating that I am a General Contractor living and working in Central Oregon for over 20 years. I take my trade selections very seriously.I purchased a home back in 2023 that came with a very fun resort style pool. I will not slander the pool builder here. But I will say he should not be building pools. I had very bad leaks, and a beach entry pool that should never have been built. Side Note, Beach entry pools get destroyed in cold weather. Also the plaster was delaminating in several spots. (This was a second layer over the original that was put in because the original was not installed correctly.I Digress.John and his team needless to say saved the day. He pretty much rebuilt our pool including getting rid of the beach entry, All new waterline tiles, New plaster, and fixtures.the entire process took about 5 weeks. John was always available when I called upon him for any questions or concerns I had. His supply chain is so well established that parts come next day in certain circumstances. He was very clear in the estimating process which carried on throughout the build.Not only was John able to help me out with my pool, but he has earned himself a spot as a trade partner for my company. If ever I am in need of having a pool built, there is only one company I will call.I highly recommend Central Pools Oregon
