Wouldn’t waste my time again.Owner or manager end of the day Friday argued with me about what one of the competitors told me to buy.And would almost not let me purchase the product that installers of our salt system recommended.When we purchased our house few years ago Thompson couldn’t even figure out how to turn on the older heater and they told us that it was probably broken which wasn’t true.They’re very snooty and don’t like saltwater systems so why would I trust them to analyze my water just because they’re closer to my house and happen to be open later than Five Star.I get the saltwater systems are not their thing but when somebody’s just trying to purchase a product that they’ve been told to buy just go with it.Next time guess I will see if one of the spa places has product that I need and is willing to sell it to me. Ridiculous
Where do I begin?Ron has provided the most supportive customer service I have ever experienced in any business. I am the customer that calls weekly because I bought a home with a pool and am learning as I go. Every time I call him (no joke - weekly) I always start with “ I think we need to buy a new one” and he replies “let me get my guys out there today and see what they can do.” Ron and his team have fixed every issue I call with- on this 20 year old pool. He goes above and beyond with his calm demeanor and quick responsiveness. Ron gets back to me the same day every single time. I will never not use Thompson pools because Ron makes owning a pool SEAMLESS. He can handle any situation and listens to all my crazy theories on what’s happening with the pool or why it’s doing this. Thompson pools is amazing! They tested numerous parts for free instead of selling me new ones. Walked me through how to test various parts on my hot tub to find the inoperable part, then told me to order it online as it was cheaper and faster than them getting it. They saved me hundreds, I can't thank you enough. A truly remarkable and honest business. Thank you!
