I cannot say enough about how awesome our experience has been! From first meeting, planning and install it has all been top notch. Premier saved us from our disaster of our last pool build which had to be totally torn out. The management, crews and all involved have been very attentive to detail. They listen to what you want and then will give you the pros/cons of those ideas in their opinion. The CAD drawings really helped us visualize what the end product would look like. We went with a pebbletec finish, it is absolutely beautiful. I would have no problem highly recommending Premier Pools in Pelham. Be sure and look them up, make sure you get the Pelham location! You will be pleased.
These guys are great! One thing that drives me crazy is when a contractor says he’s going to be there and never shows or even communicates. This was not the case with Premier. George & Chip kept in contact with us through the whole process. Everything they said would happened was right on schedule like clockwork. We live on the side of a hill so our yard was a challenge but we couldn’t be happier with how our pool turned out. These guys are professionals and know what they are doing.

From initial consultation to final fill and startup, the Premier Pool team was great! We are first time pool owners and had a ton of crazy questions along the way but Chip, James, and Ward were all about helping us understand the process and give us peace of mind. There were hiccups with scheduling but it’s just the time we live in right now with worker shortages and supply chain issues. Either way our pool still got built faster than any other pool builder we contacted! Any issue we had, James was quick to jump on it and get it fixed! After relocating from the Midwest to Alabama, the Premier pool team gave my family something to anchor us here and set down roots. I went from public enemy number one in my house to Superman!! It was definitely money well spent on a great family investment with a great pool company! Again, I can’t say enough about the entire team, everyone was super friendly, super helpful, and put their heart in their work! We are already working out the details on our next project and upgrades!!Without a doubt, James and the team at Premier Pool and Spa are the only team I’ll trust with my pool and spa business!Edit 6/2023——had a few issues after install but James and his team were quick to resolve them.
We had a great experience meeting with Chip Farrell at Premier Pools. We were very impressed with the information he supplied us with and the detail of the 3D presentation and pool design. We had previously met with several other companies and this by far exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a pool.
